Terms of Service

2. Acceptable use

You may use Sell to Scientists data for lawful B2B outreach, recruiting, research, and investment purposes. You may not:

• × Use researcher contact data for spam, harassment, or unsolicited personal messages
• × Resell or redistribute raw data exports without a data licensing agreement
• × Build competing data products using Sell to Scientists-sourced data
• × Circumvent rate limits or access controls on the API
• × Use the Service to target individuals for non-professional purposes

3. Data license

Sell to Scientists grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use researcher contact data for your organization's internal business purposes. Exported data may be stored in your CRM but may not be redistributed to third parties without written consent. Data licenses are per-seat and may not be shared across organizations.

4. Account and billing

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Billing is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that researcher contact data is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Email deliverability will vary. We are not responsible for outcomes of outreach campaigns conducted using Sell to Scientists data.

6. Limitation of liability

Sell to Scientists's liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly acceptable use requirements. You may terminate your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
